Sprint has been moving full steam ahead with their new LTE network, but that’s not stopping them from releasing 3G phones. We recently got our hands on the Kyocera Rise at CTIA, and now the phone has been confirmed to be launching on August 19th for $19.99 on a 2 year contract.
