Recently, a representative of took to Facebook to announce the company’s Jelly Bean update plans for its Xperia line. Well, as it turns out, Sony wasn’t too pleased with this movie and is now writing on its blog that it has no official plans for updating any of its Jelly Bean devices to announce as of yet, and that the company is “actively investigating” upgrade options. Sony has backed off an earlier claim that some 2011 Xperia phones would not be getting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
