Play Store starts moving to Google+ accounts for Comments

Thanks to some handy work from AndroidPoilce a while back, we found out that Google would soon be requiring a Google+ account to leave a comment in the Play Store. The comment mechanics of the Play Store has slowly evolved from just a name, star rating and comment, to including the device you are using, the version of the app you are on and even some filtering abilities to help narrow down the best and worst reviews.
